Open my mind

Open the door

A contrite and broken heart, O God
You will not despise …a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise. (Psalm 51:17b)
We repent and we humbly confess
that we have sinned against You. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (John 1:8-9)

You have searched me and You know me

God All Knowing, there is nothing

Though I falter James 3:2 We all stumble in many ways (James 3:2)
He is faithful If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
Jesus ever prays for me (2x) My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. (1 John 2:1) / Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them. (Hebrews 7:25)
From the heights of highest heaven
To a broken world You came No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven (John 3:13) / For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me (John 6:38)
To be crucified in anguish …his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness (Isaiah 52:14)
For the glory of Your Name For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2) / he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, (Philippians 2:8-10)
Now all guilt I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to the LORD.' And you forgave the guilt of my sin (Psalm 32:5)
and condemnation Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1)
Must before my Savior flee Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!" (John 1:29)
For He cried out, “It is finished!” When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. (John 19:30)
And His blood will speak for me …to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. (Hebrews 12:24)
When my faith is weak
When I cannot speak
Jesus ever prays for me In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. (Romans 8:26) / But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
O the joy it brings
That in everything
Jesus ever prays for me And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28) / May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
