Christ Has Died, Christ is Risen
This is our hope
This is our life
This is the mystery
This is our faith
This is our cry
This is the victory
Christ has died
Christ is risen
Christ will come again
(REPEAT)
For we have died
And now our lives
Are hid with Christ in God
While we were cursed
He loved us first
And shed His precious blood
Savior of the world
Born to set us free
Jesus Christ our Lord
Come in glory

This is our hope
This is our life In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began. (Titus 1:2)
This is the mystery though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God, who created all things, so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him. (Ephesians 3:8-12)
This is our faith
This is our cry
This is the victory For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 John 5:3-5) / The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry. (Psalm 34:15)
Christ has died For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die—but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6-8)
Christ is risen If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied. But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. (1 Corinthians 15:19-20)
Christ will come again “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. (John 14:1-3) / But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself. (Philippians 3:20-21)
For we have died
And now our lives
Are hid with Christ in God If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. (Colossians 3:1-3)
While we were cursed For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.” But the law is not of faith, rather “The one who does them shall live by them.” Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.(Galatians 3:10-14)
He loved us first There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. We love because he first loved us. (1 John 4:18-19)
And shed His precious blood you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. (1 Peter 1:18-19)
Savior of the world And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. (1 John 4:14) / For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. (Luke 2:11)
Born to set us free But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children. (Galatians 4:4-5)
Jesus Christ our Lord
Come in glory For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done. (Matthew 16:27) / Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Matthew 24:30-31)

We have come to bless Your Name I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever (Psalm 145:1-2)
For You are worthy to be praised I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. (2 Samuel 22:4 / Psalm 18:3 - identical verses)
Bid our anxious fears away Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together! I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. (Psalm 34:3-5)
It is right to give you thanks Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever! (1 Chronicles 16:34) / I give thanks to my God always… (1 Corinthians 1:4) / “We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, who is and who was, for you have taken your great power and begun to reign. (Revelation 11:17)
Our Salvation Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather and deliver us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. (1 Chronicles 16:35) / Our God is a God of salvation, and to God, the Lord, belong deliverances from death. (Psalm 68:20)
and our Strength God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1) / Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob! (Psalm 81:1) / But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress. (Psalm 59:16)
You are worthy
You are worthy to be praised “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.” (Revelation 4:11)
Always and everywhere And he told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart. (Luke 18:1) / I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hand… (1 Timothy 2:8) / But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere (2 Corinthians 2:14) / And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20)
You are worthy
You are worthy to be praised And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, (Revelation 5:9)
For the worlds that You have made Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. (Isaiah 40:28) / For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him (Colossians 1:16) / In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made (John 3:1-3) / By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. (Hebrews 11:3) / ‘Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.’ (Jeremiah 32:17) / For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse (Romans 1:20)
For the price the Savior paid knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. (1 Peter 1:18-19) / Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
All the angels And again, when he brings the firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God's angels worship him.” (Hebrews 1:6) / And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God (Revelation 7:11) / And another angel came and stood at the altar with a golden censer, and he was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne, and the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, rose before God from the hand of the angel. Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake. (Revelation 8:3-5)
and the saints Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name. (Psalm 30:4) / To the church of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints together with all those who in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours (1 Corinthians 1:2)
Declare the glory of Your Name O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. (Psalm 8:1)
You are worthy
You are worthy to be praised saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” (Revelation 5:12)
To the Father giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:20) / giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. (Colossians 1:12) / And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. (Colossians 3:17) /
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:11) / Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. (1 Corinthians 15:24)
through the Son For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, (1 Timothy 2:5-6) /
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6) / Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. (1 John 2:22)
In the Spirit For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. (Ephesians 2:18) / You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. (Romans 8:9) I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day (Revelation 1:10)
Three in One For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (1 John 5:7) - This is part of the disputed “Johannine Comma” - 1 John 5:7-8 - which is claimed to be an interpolation (later addition) and not part of the earliest New Testament Greek texts. Regardless, the words themselves are majestic and true in the Triune God they proclaim as seen in the following verses: Go therefore and disciple all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19) / The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. (2 Corinthians 13:14) / Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. (1 Peter 1:2) / Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. (1 Corinthians 12:4-6) / For through him [Jesus] we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. (Ephesians 2:18) / Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. (Luke 3:21-22)
Blessing, honor saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” (Revelation 5:12-13)
Fear and love “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul (Deuteronomy 10:12) / Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love (Psalm 33:18)
Be forever to our God saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.” (Revelation 7:12)
